Sunrise at Westtown is a very nice facility, friendly & supportive staff, good food. The facility does Not accept Medicare or Medicaid - Out of Pocket on all expenses. It gets very expensive if the resident has a lot of health issues.

I would give it a 1! Not for anyone that needs assistance! It was very disappointing!! One type of room with small sofa was shown on my visit but when my sister was moved to the room the small sofa was gone! Also staff at night were young men! They were kind but having a man taking care of toileting is embarrassing for a 94 year old woman!!

Staff were great. They did their best. My father-in-law passed. The night he was wheeled out they allowed an estranged family member who was not authorized to be there go into his room and take what she wanted. If you are not worried about the safety and your loved one's personal items I guess this would be a fit for you
