There is never housekeeping so as you can imagine the floor, sinks, toilet, shower, etc. is dirty. We always came in to clean my mother's room. Very {I MEAN VERY} few staff are personable. Several times my mother would sit for 45 mins before she called me, and I would have to call the facility to tell them to go to her room and answer her call light.
