Some of the nurses and aides are excellent. Some are gruff and impatient though. The food is mediocre. The building is clean and the rooms are bright, airy and cheerful with modern layouts and appliances. The aides don't have a lot of time and seem like they have too many clients to take care of.

Overall, beautiful facility, spacious apartments, and great food (according to mom). Initially, the staff was very accommodating, friendly and prompt with help. After Talamore was sold, front desk support was less available, activity schedules seemed thin and more frequently canceled, response time to pulls on the emergency cord was longer than EMTs.

The facility is beautiful and well kept. The food is fresh, menu varies, expensive if you aren't on the meal plan. Many staff members are absolutely wonderful...some aren't...like anyplace. The level of physical assist they advertise providing isn't actually what they provide...which was an unfortunate heartbreaking situation.
