Temple View Transitional Care Center was rundown. It was not clean, but the nursing staff seemed to be very nice. My mom had physical therapy, OT, and speech, and they all were very good to her. Over the weekend, home health went and evaluated her and said that they will put her on hospice, because she was going downhill so much. They had me go to their office to get her signed up for hospice, because they wanted to put her on a fentanyl patch, so it would not be so painful for her to travel. When we walked in to g…
