Our Experience at TerraBella

The staff are friendly and strive to create a sense of community. The care is good and the admin staff strive to make things right if there are any issues. The food has been very good and the activities director is doing a very good job at communicating the activities program

Communication challenges

Rooms, clean and good size. Problem was, very hard to reach billing staff to get correct billing. They lost clothing after washing. Main problem was trying to get a member of the staff to return calls.

This was my first tour of a memory care center. I found it to be a place where residents would be comfortable and have activities to keep them engaged during this difficult time. The person who gave a thorough tour and we went over prices and what care that entailed. She followed up a few days later if I had any other questions.

Very impressed with the facility and feel like it will be the best place for my LO. [name removed] has gone above and beyond to help get everything settled. Looking forward to being part of the facility.

Things to know

Nursing staff and nursing supervisor were good. I am still having trouble getting a refund check and I have been waiting 5.5 weeks. The business office manager has fielded my complaints but whoever is above her does not. It has been a run around.

Lovely community, with a compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable team. Residents are happy and well cared for.
