PositiveAlthough TerraBella turned out to be mostly an Assisted Living facility instead of a more intensive care facility that I need, they were super helpful. They gave me a list of potential places and even later followed up with an e-mail that provided me with even more data.

Although it is not looking good for mom to go there because of complications. They have gone above and beyond to help us. I would recommend to others but as all assisted living places they have limits to what they can offer.

Staff is very kind however weekends tends to be understaffed. Any concerns I've had are addressed easily. Rooms are nice and food is plentiful. Staff seems to know residents and treat them with respect.
