PositiveWe chose this facility for several reasons. Namely, [name removed], sales manager, was great in per swaying us about features such as the transitioning memory care. She promptly responded to my requests and calls and was allowed to view the room several times and to meet move-in requests under special circumstances. The place was beautifully designed, staff longevity, clean smell, as well as convenient for me.

CriticalFelt very clinical and less homey. Person showing us around seemed to have a permanent scowl. Greeted residents, but it felt like she wouldn't have if we weren't there. Was also disappointed with the one day only sales pitch. Were finding a home for a loved one, not buying a used car.

My mom was placed at TerraBella through A Place for Mom. We love it. Most importantly, my mom loves it there. When we take her out for outings she is happy to get back. The staff have become like family to us. The other residents are precious. I highly recommend A Place for mom for helping find the right place for your family member.
