CriticalThey definitely put the sale on us and made the place out to be absolutely amazing. But upon a corporation buying it, I think it's a lot different. But this is where we are.I can't change that.It is convenient for me to get to my father is used to the people there. They are extremely kind, the staff who works there. The admins are extremely hard to get a hold of the food is terrible. And is not at all what they said it was. The residents constantly complain about that, as does my own father. The guy [name removed], wh…

PositiveI would have to say the overall care is good. Everything overall is really good. Sometimes my resident gets out done having to wait, but we try to understand the staffing is minimal and they are serving a full house. They are limited in food as she is not able to properly use a fork and spoon and she is a picky eater. All in all they do a good job and our very friendly. Generally, I would recommend it although it's pricey, but they all are

PositiveEverything always seems clean and well organized. Food service can be slow sometimes and inaccurate as to the order. I'm not sure I have a good appreciation for the menu items, but my dad doesn't seem to love it, in general. However, he's picky. The rooms are really nice and a good size. Staff all is very nice, if stretched a bit thin at times (like everywhere). The food is pretty good, but again - more variety would be helpful.

PositiveMy parents have been at the facility just short of a year. They have had some staff turnover and every time some items seem to drop off the list. Largest issue is food on the weekends. My opinion is that they could plan better to help the staff on the weekends execute but it never seems to happen. Nursing staff and therapy staff is really strong with those in their care.

★★★★★
PositiveMy parents have been in SC almost a year. Room size is good. Nursing staff and Therapy staff are good. Been some good recent changes in cleaning staff and there are issues of consistency now. Biggest issue is food on the weekends. Lack of planning and enough food staff seem to be the issues.
