I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

This is a review for the Villa at Terracina Grand where my husband was a resident in their memory care. There were many wonderful loving caregivers, activity directors and nurses; my husband was well taken care of, except when he wasn't. The food is not bad. The facility is physically beautiful but there are bug and cockroach issues that exceed the normal expectations for living in Florida. The Villa had many wonderful loving caregivers; my husband was well taken care of, except when he wasn't. The facility is physically beautiful but there are bug and cockroach issues that exceed the normal expectations for living in Florida. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

With regard to the Villa at Terracina Grand (which is the stand alone memory care facility), I absolutely do NOT recommend. My father was there in early 2024 and for the most part did not receive kind or compassionate care, especially from the night crew. In my opinion, they did not seem to know how to handle people with Alzheimer’s related issues. View of a Food Snob

My experience with the community has been good overall. The community is clean. The staff are helpful and caring. Everyone is friendly. The biggest concern I have experienced is the food-it is ordinary with no snack bar, and there are limited eating hours which make it difficult for the residents that don't want to eat during those hours.
