She's very happy you're pulling her out of her shell she she's getting sending more time with other people and she's eating more balanced. I would recommend you to others. Is there a way to a list of activities so I can push her a little?

The staff is friendly, diligent & on top of things . The facility is clean . A variety of activities daily, along with outside activities. In house doctor/nurses are great . My loved one is in a studio room which has a large bathroom with roll in shower , a kitchenette consisting of sink , full size frig & cupboards . I stock him up on evening snacks, etc . Some larger suites have little outdoor private balconies arts for your person to set up a chair for some fresh air . The dining facility I think is what sold me…

Pleasant, Homey Atmosphere

The staff was amazing. Even though I only had six months experiencing The Amberleigh, I can honestly say that all the staff were very attentive, very kind, very helpful. My sister-in-law liked the food very much. She enjoyed the activities and the P.T. She played their piano and really loved that. It was difficult for her to do the laundry as it was always busy. Making a Difficult Situation Manageable

Our plans were upset after only several days as my sister had to be moved from an independent care apartment to the memory care unit. She was ill-suited for the former as a result of a tendency to wander. The change was necessary and the staff helpful in making the transition manageable. That said, I found the facilities in both units sizable, well laid out and well maintained and the staff in both instances professional while being approachable, accommodating and friendly with both residents and visitors. Staff was very welcoming and thorough. Residents were friendly and engaging. Location was clean, decor is a bit dated but renovating plans are in the works. We were not given an explanation on what brought them to a decision to deny admittance as a resident. That would’ve been good to know.
