Families experience at the Arbors is really good. The staff is very kind and caring.

The Arbors in Bedford is roomy and lovely. The staff is quite efficient and always willing to assist and listen to me as her guardian. They have an amazing Activities Program! The food is decent however, always pretty much late with morning coffee that seems very important to the residents, that look anxious on the waiting. The RCA aides are ok. They seem a little lazy, and quite attached to their phones. We are working on the sides to understand the sundown times (2nd shift) when Doris gets anxious. The administra…

Homey atmosphere

The layout is very homey, staff is knowledgeable and caring. Ample food choices and housekeeping is available 7 days a week.

Wonderful facility. Very welcoming and well maintained. Unfortunately the cost for a respite stay was way out of our price range. Hoping to get a short respite stay of 1 week apparently it is not available in most facilities. The minimum stay is 30 days which would be more than $[removed]. I understand level of care does drive the price up a bit . It’s just unfortunate a shorter stay isn’t an option for care givers who need a short reprieve.

Great Experience!

My mom has been living at Arbors for almost a year now and it's been a great experience overall. The staff is welcoming and I love seeing the managers out and about with the staff and residents. They have a dog too! Nothing like being greeted by a sweet lab named [Name Removed]. Programs are 7 days a week and nurses is there around the clock. If my mom declines, she doesn't have to move. My loved one has lived at The Arbors for a year now and I couldn't be happier. My mom lived at another community before, and I have toured many others. Arbors is the best when it comes to memory care!! The staff is welcoming and I love seeing everyone, even the managers out and about with residents. The facility is pretty and could use some upgrades but its been around for a decade at least. Goes to show how good they are.
