The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous, attentive and seemed well informed. The facilities and amenities were all top notch. The only negative I'd mention has to do with financial transparency — a unit became "available" on the first of the month, but was not move-in ready until the [removed](new carpet, painting and house cleaning needed to pass thru). Nevertheless, we paid for the entire month. I understand that this may be industry standard, driven by the high demand for units, but it didn't sit particula…

5 for the kindness with which the staff treats my wife. 4 for the administrative details. (There have been several glitches, but to be fair, once they were pointed out the staff worked diligently to remedy the situations.) I am paying a bit more than my budget allows but I believe that I have getting a good return on what I'm paying.

definitely room for improvement.

My aunt was in the memory care section. These folks need to have scheduled activities. They had hired a new activities director shortly before my aunt died. She was trying very hard. The employee prior to her was pitiful! She had zero personality, and zero ideas. Hopefully things got better with the new Activities coordinator. There were numerous times where the residence sat in the TV room and stared at one another for hours on end. So sad to witness
