PositiveI recently had a tour and as we were sitting there I was convinced we would acquire a room for my mom. I loved that it was cozy and not too many clients. The drawback I found was the size of the rooms for the clients. I know my mom would not have preferred such a small room. Otherwise everything else was a winner.

Overall, we are very grateful for the positive experience we’ve had.

Once my mother moved in, we had lots of questions about logistical stuff. I felt bad always reaching out to the executive director but she was the only person whose contact information I had. She was always responsive and kind, but I do think having a brochure and providing a tour when moving in woul…
