The staff from the Director to the Support staff have all been extraordinarily kind, patient and thoroughly knowledgeable about what needs to be done to help Mom continue with her adjustment at the community. I receive daily updates regarding Mom. I receive updates if there happens to be any falling incidents in which there has been. I truly appreciate being kept informed. She answered all my questions and showed me the facility, which was very clean and beautifully decorated. Overall despite this being a very difficult time in our lives, the experience made it seem a little less terrifying.
