Our family had an in person tour with Truewood by Merrill Bountiful, and overall it was a nice tour experience but with their assisted living we just were not interested in for our loved one .

Don't go there. The last month she was there, my mom didn't even eat anything, and with all the snow storms, they never even called to let me know.

I recently took a tour at Truewood by Merrill at Bountiful and was fortunate to have Aubrey Guynn, the Community Relations Manager, be my tour guide. Besides being very knowledgeable about the community and the levels of care available to residents, [name removed] was able to answer my many questions and introduce me to some wonderful staff members. Maid service is poor, the staff in general is nice, though we had one bad experience, all we get for the extra $300 care fee is someone making sure she takes her meds, the staff is unresponsive to problems, me or my niece need to follow up, meals are OK, activities are OK, price is good compared to other places.

As we look for assisted living facilities we made an appointment with [name removed]. He met us with such a warm friendly welcome, introducing other residents he is familiar with, and a great extensive explanation of the community. Thank you for your knowledge and warm welcoming smile.
