★★★★★
PositiveRooms spacious and cost more in monthly fees than average for the area, with a $30,000 one-time fee. Not many residents visible; not sure if they are out being active or isolated in their rooms. Few that I saw were called by name. Provides independent living and can hire help for assisted living. 2 restaurants with good, varied menus serving 3 meals a day included in rent. List of many activities and field trips. Car service in good-sized area provided. Valet parking for residents and visitors.
★★★★★
PositiveLove that rent is all inclusive with food and transportation. Lots of activities and active people

PositiveGreat staff and very responsive to requests. They did a tenant survey and have been trying to address any issues. Overall a nice place.

I think several people who have gone there liked it. They have one fancy dining room that you have to sign up for if you want to eat there at night. Otherwise, they have a snack place where you can get casual meals. We only saw a one-bedroom place, which was very small. It was in the neighborhood. You could walk to the library or the square. It's wa…

PositiveI am giving this input to the best of my knowledge based on feedback I've heard from my parents. I think the location is great, my parents have met a lot of friendly and interesting people. The staff is great. I know the place was still recovering from its pandemic protocols when they moved in last year. Fortunately, the activities and dining services are getting back to where they were before. One of the things my parents liked was the size and the regular kitchen which gives it a true apartment feel. They wante…
