The experience for my mother as well as my working with the Birches has been outstanding. My mother is so happy there and is treated with love. I would highly recommend the Birches to anyone who is seeking a community for themselves or a family member facilitating this. I am very grateful. My mother has had this wonderful experience where she feels cared for and safe. I could go on and on, but I'm going to stop there.

I can say that everything was done to accommodate my mother's comfort and state of health. She improved so much, in fact, that she "graduated" out of The Birches and was able to move into an assisted living facility after 4 months.

We were very pleased with The Birches at Concord. If we can't get something close, we might reach out to them and get in contact again. They have called and left a message and we were very happy with that facility. Everything in the facility we liked and I liked that they had private rooms and the rooms were spacious. PositiveMy dad lived at the Birches for 3 years. He was very well cared for, made lots of friends and stayed active as long as he could. They even accommodated us bringing in his exercise bike into the activity room so he could maintain his fitness. The food was so good he gained 10lbs for the first time in his life! He recently passed away, and the VNA staff that came in treated him with the utmost care and compassion.
