Friendly staff

The staff feels like family to us. When it comes to the activities, there are always multiple daily activities and entertainment on Saturdays. Throughout the year various activities were performed by residents. Some examples are a talent show, choir and Christmas pageant. I'm rating the value for cost a 4 because when she first moved in to the assisted living the cost was inclusive of all care levels. Several months later it changed to a rent for the room and charges based on care level.

highly recommended and amazing loving staff

The nurses were amazing especially the head nurse [name removed] was really in touch and cared for everyone so well. It would be nice to see more arts & crafts for the residents. My mom hated bingo. We chose the Bridge because it was an all inclusive for care levels verses specific care levels that could increase the payments. That and that fact that it was smaller and a little more intimate but not too small.

What we like the most about The Bridge at Inverrary community is that everyone is very caring, helpful and friendly. My mom loves the food and the planned different activities and overall loves living there.

Not recommend for any memory care or wheelchair persons

My biggest issue with the quality of care was that they interviewed [name removed] and accepted him, but aft about 3 months they wanted him moved out to a place that provided memory care. They should have done a better job up front in the interview. I told them he had short term memory issues and that he was very slow. They were quick to move him into a wheelchair after he moved there to make it easier on the staff and then said he needed 2 man lift which they didn't provide. I would only recommend Bridge at Inve…

5 stars for everything. The staff are friendly and engaging with my mother. The food is good and the portions are ample from what my mom tells me. The facility is clean and organized. The facility has daily activities for residents for physical exercise and mental exercise through games. There are also services such as a hair dresser and a visit with a podiatrist.
