We are very pleased with The Carriages everyone there is very nice. We feel that our mom is being taken care of And after a couple weeks of adjusting she is getting even more comfortable there. The only thing that I wish was a little better is the communication I wish there were more updates on her care I usually have to contact the facility to find out how she's doing but they explained that we would hear from them if anything was wrong. My mother just said that the food is not enough and it's cut up in pieces …

There has recently been some staffing issues but they are working on getting a full complement of care providers back in place. Another issue is the quality of the food. It's not bad and may be nutritious but the taste and presentation leaves something to be desired. Overall it is good and far better than others we have visited.
