CriticalUnderstaffed and quality of nursing care lacking. Nurses often leaves after giving medication... before the patient actually takes it. Several of the CNAs refill water cups from the bathroom sink! Meats in the meals are often too tough to chew. And they do not even know about the Anti-Inflammatory Protocol (AIP) for people with various auto-immune diseases, or for healthy diets.

CriticalAbsolutely horrible doesn’t care about patients. Meals have been forgotten. My mom did not get food they skipped her. She needed help out of bed she could not move and they never came after multiple calls. She’s asked for helped showering multiple times nobody went in. She asked for pain meds and never came in and gave her any. Don’t change her ice packs ever. The nurses act like they do not give a single care in the world about you and do not do their job right. Do not recommend

CriticalWhile 90% of the staff and administrators were incredibly friendly and service oriented and great healthcare providers. It was the 10% that caused us to not recommend this facility to others. My wife had a horrible experience there with some of the staff actually lying to her about certain things, including her medication’s. PositiveKristen and her staff were excellent with the therapy that I was given. Brandon and Karen worked with me daily and did outstanding therapy. Nurses Dousse,J, and Carrie were great. Bernice was my aid and couldn't have made it without her. She was one of the best aids that I ever had. Food was cold most of time and to salty.

PositiveMy friend was at The Center at Grande. That was a good place. They had good food there. He went to physical therapy. He liked having bacon every morning with his breakfast. He liked the food. His room was nice and clean. He even would have his TV on sometimes. And they took him to his doctor's appointment. I'll meet them at the doctor's office. He went and got a haircut and his beard shaved off, and he had a manicure and a pedicure. I never saw the dining area, but he always ate his meals in his room…
