The rooms at The Charleston at Cedar Hills were beautiful. I enjoyed the tour. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and fun to be around. I thought of that place extremely well, and I was thinking about joining them. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. The food was very well prepared. You had a choice of what you wanted to eat, and it was really good. I enjoyed it. It was very clean. The staff and the residents were very friendly and welcomed you.

We visited The Charleston at Cedar Hills. I'm impressed with the appearance of the building of the facility and the room where they eat. I'm also impressed that they have a chapel for religious services. The people are very friendly. They appeared to be very professional. I have nothing but good things to say about that facility. I couldn't see anything that I would complain about there. In most cases, the rooms are a little larger than normal. They're very clean. I think the rooms are very nice…

I would give them a 5 in all categories! The Charleston was a great place for Mom, though she wasn't there for very long. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families. The Charleston was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly. Mom even made a couple of friends, which was rare after Dad passed. I don't know many people that need to find a place for their parents, but I have always spoken highly of the facility and for your service as well. You guys were the best when we desperately needed so…
