The staff were great. My only concern was that there weren't enough of them. As my husband's condition worsened and he needed assistance with all daily activities the ratio of staff to resident concerned me. New management does appear aware of the problem and addressing it. The security system in and out of the memory care unit is an annoyance and requires pulling caregivers away from their duties to open the door with visitors often waiting 5 to 10 mins. PositiveThis community is the description of a home for the elderly! I wouldn't want my loved ones to be anywhere else. The compassion, care and love from all the staff members is not comparable to anywhere else. I know this is not only a great place to live but I am sure to work as well! So many well-being activities, a true community environment, great food, housekeeping, laundry, medication management and more. It will feel like home from the moment you walk in the door!!

CriticalIf you truly love your family member, please keep them as far away as possible from this disgusting deceiving place. They treat their employees like trash and their residents even worse. It was by far the most depressing unprofessional environment I have ever worked and saw and I hope that nobody ever takes their loved ones there.
