PositiveI would say a 5 on everything but #6-Food. I'm going to say a 4 only because my mom has said it's not as good as when she first moved there but I also realize that sometimes people can get tired of the same cooking when they've been in one place for awhile. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. My siblings and I feel good about mom being there.

PositiveI toured The Crossings at Eastchase. I liked it. It was very well-maintained. I liked the programs and socializing for the elderly. It had a lot to offer. I was impressed. They were very nice, very friendly, and very informative. They did their job. Everything was very good.

PositiveWe toured The Crossings at Eastchase. We were very impressed. We enjoyed the visit. The person who showed us around was very knowledgeable, and took us to everything we needed, showed us all the things that were going on, and took us to all the places. We were impressed with that location. The rooms were very nice. The one we viewed was room 333. It had a lovely patio. It was very clean and quiet, and it smelled good. They had a nice cafeteria that they could go to, and a station set up for teas and coffees. I&apos…

A doctor available that comes to site. My only draw back is there is nothing available outdoors such as a garden. The entrance by the parking lot is the only outdoor space. They have a hair salon on site...nice. Another drawback, full time receptionist is only staff on independent living building and not assisted living building, which make no sens…

PositiveI like the convenience and the personnel at The Crossings at Eastchase. They're very friendly and professional. It is a very well-kept facility. The tour guide showed me different areas in the facility and some of the activities. It is just a nice place. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and very pleasant. It was after lunch that I was out there, and they were having a special group doing something with the residents. They were providing activities for the residents, and they had food, and it was nice.…
