★★★★★
PositiveI thought this would be a good place for my aunt. She needed assisted living. Everyone there has been understanding and kind as my aunt is adjusting to changing habits and new people.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Crossings is a wonderful place. It's a beautiful facility. The assisted living apartments are clean and modern. The staff is very professional and helpful. Lots of activities to choose from every day. Best food of any place mom has lived in and the best variety of food choices. The dining rooms are beautiful and the wait staff is so pleasant. They offer Multiple levels of care which is a plus. Our experience with them was entirely positive. Wish she could've stayed there but her needs require memory care now.
★★★★★
PositiveI visited The Crossings at Riverchase. It was a nice facility. It was a little smaller. It didn't have as many facilities as the other place. The worst thing about it was that it was very hard to find. The signage was not clear. The person who showed me around was very nice. Everything was well maintained and clean. The other thing is that it did not appear to have very many grounds or open space around it.
★★★★★
PositiveProfessional staff and great first impression..
★★★★★
PositiveEvery one of these categories would be a five! The facility is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, respectful, caring and friendly. The food is amazing! I often join mom for lunch. They are very consistent with her routine including laundry, showers, dressing. They communicate regularly and suggest things to make things easier for mom.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Crossings at Riverchase was very clean. The staff looked very well-mannered. The rooms were nicely appointed. They have services available for the residents and activities for them to be involved in. The dining room was well-appointed. The facility was very nice.
