I would rate all 5s, seemed like value is comparable to others but I really don't know. The entire staff was very compassionate and professional. They had many activities scheduled and the food was excellent!

PositiveThe grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The interior is clean and well kept. [name removed] who lead my tour was friendly and knowledgeable. What impressed me most about her was the fact that she knew the names of everyone we met, called then by name and introduced each one. The are a lot of activities planned both on and off campus. There are unguided activities available also. I'm very impressed with them!

The key to our opinion of The Neighborhood is its staff. The director of the memory care unit [name removed] an incredible job. She organizes multiple activities both for physical and mental stimulation. She makes the day creative and fun and is truly loved by both the clients and staff. Couple that with the dedicated caregivers [names removed] and a host of others are always there with kindness, concern and attention to needs. The neighborhood at Tellico Village is the best place we could have placed my grandfather. From the catering staff to medical aid to nurses and doctors this place is a five star resort. The staff communicates extremely well with families and will go out of their way to be able to help you and help the loved one that has been placed there. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. From a professional standpoint as a Paramedic I would say this is one of the nicest assisted-living and memory care places …
