The staff seems to be very caring and attentive to her daily needs. - Apparently, she likes the food; she's gained several pounds. -The facility always seems clean and free of bad odors. - The room sizes are adequate for her needs (she's in memory care). - They do have some activities on site as well as weekly off campus adventures . The only issue I've had was with the initial interview/observation. They focused on the level of memory care she would need - understandably, so they could bill her accordingly. B…

Consistent care givers. Respectful yet friendly way care givers talk to residents. Willingness to listen and problem solve when issues arise. Staff always make me feel welcome when visiting. You can visibly see that the staff cares for their residents.

PositiveThe Elms was impressive and we liked it very much. However, the memory care unit is only one hallway and at this point in my husband‘s diagnosis he needs more room to move around. Assisted living is very nice and gives the residence lots of opportunities to do just about anything they want under supervision. The rooms are nice. The staff is wonderful. We had a great experience.

It is pretty great. They're very clean and the staff has been very communicative with us like they would say, "Hey, we noticed your grandma is running low on this. On your next visit, make sure that you bring this for her." Today, we received a call that she was just having a hard time and wanted to know when my grandfather (who has already passed away) would visit her. They were able to get information to bring to her right at that time to be able to help her while she was having a memory issue. My …
