PositiveWe took a tour of the facilities and was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. When we where there we ate lunch and I will say the chicken was fantastic. While we where eating, I guess he was the head chef his name was [name removed]. He came to our table and made sure we had everything and if everything was to our liking. When our parents move down to Tucson we will getting them a place here at the Forum at Tucson. I recommend coming and taking the tour if you or a family member is lo…

All was great! However I do not use their salon - they provide NO receipts which is bad for me as her POA and their payment system is a nightmare to navigate. I use an outside beautician for [name removed] for these reasons but [name removed] there does a good job. I was warned about the salon there by several people before we chose the Forum.

The Forum is 5 stars across the board! We appreciate how quickly you were able to accommodate our move. We appreciate too how clean, spacious, and well-kept the buildings and landscaping are. The food is delicious. Overall, it's been a very positive experience so far. I didn't mention the friendly and very helpful staff. We are grateful for the great care given to our loved one in your Memory Care.
