Thanks to the dilligence of the PCP at Lake Alfred , the nurse’s expertise My husband is alive today Their care is exceptional The meal unfortunately there’s no special diet , it’s one meal for all The client must learn to control their own. The rooms are pretty expensive The cleanliness could be better and control How resident keep their room and the Recreational area. The kitchen personnel Need to show more humanity

The admission experience was one of the best. The admission staff went above and beyond to ensure the resident’s needs were met. On admission day all departments met with resident to orient facility policies. Medication could be dispensed in a more timely manner, facility cleanliness could be improved, but overall the service is above average compared to other facilities. Criticaloverall pleased but facility needed updates
The staff there was fantastic and really seemed to care! We visited daily so there was no issue with how my mother-in-law was treated but truth be told the place is kind of run down. We would have moved her but she was comfortable there and did not want to move.
