PositiveWent with my brother and mother to tour this facility. There was a one bedroom available, and it was in the process of being moved out of. Thankfully, another guest with a similar layout allowed us to look at her room. Mom loved it! We were so happy to be able to get Mom in to a place that she felt safe and comfortable. The staff has been very good to her. It has been undergoing an ownership change which has proven to be stressful for the employees and residence. But this is typically expected under the circumstanc…

PositiveVery knowledgeable staff with years of history with the residents. Newly acquired by a new company which created some minor issues which either have been resolved or are being resolved. I would recommend.

Positive[name removed] was very thorough in her explanation of the amenities available to residents. She carefully explained the costs and next steps. She addressed our mother much of the time when discussing the community which was greatly appreciated. Lots of paperwork which is to be expected, but she patiently explained what was required.

PositiveI toured The Glen at Oak Ridge. What I liked best was that the facility was nice and bright. The people were very happy. At least, they appeared to be. The rooms were nice. There were plenty of comfortable chairs and tables. I saw the food service, and it was well done.

Positive[name removed] was very accommodating. She was knowledgeable of the facility and answered all my questions. Facility looked decently staffed and clean.

I talked to a young woman (Elizabeth?) at the desk in the front lobby. She was friendly and gave me a brochure and permission to wander a little in the main areas on the first floor. I walked into an open area behind the lobby desk. There I heard a woman screaming "help help help!" She sounded frantic. I knew it would be inappropria…
