We toured Hampshire. I liked that they're very clean, and the staff is polite. They're organized with their meal prep time, and the cleaning facility where they wash your clothes is clean. They have a library, a workout room, a church for three different denominations where you can worship if you choose to, and transportation to pick you up if you need. CriticalWe just moved in during [date removed], We were not told of the form do request maintenance services so went 2+ months without them. It appears to be understaffed. We are now very concerned as they have stopped providing and service we contracted to pay for without a reduction in rent. Common areas don't seem to be cleaned regularly. Staff appear to be trying their best.
