The CNA care is mixed, with some good and some not, and response time can be an issue. The activities are amazing and frequent. The facility is beautiful, in good repair, and very clean. The apartments are a good size, including studios and one-bedrooms with a separate living area. The dining is excellent, with excellent food and friendly dining staff. The administration is very accessible and easy to work with. Cost..... very reasonable when compared to other local facilities. Great value for what is provided…

A few items that we have greatly appreciated: * staff seems to group/track residents together by functioning level * regular updates from staff on our family member's participation level * staff is equipped/enabled to handle residents with "strong personalities" (which ultimately results in the family being called in to intervene less) * consistent adherence to published activity schedules

My mom is happy there and she loves the food. The staff are all very friendly, kind, and caring. There are so many activities to choose from each day, so there's something for everybody. The facility is always clean and smells nice and fresh every time I go there. I have had issues with the administrative staff: communication is not great when it comes to questions about billing and long term care insurance.
