Facility is beautiful... garden area, 2 water fountains, rooms a good size. Activities are phenomenal... several choices everyday and frequent big events like Luau, Mothers Day tea party, Classic Car show! Food is soooo much better and consistent in comparison with other facilities. Care? As in all places.... some staff Cna's are amazing. Others not so much. Response time is longer than we'd expected and overnight check ins are inconsistent.

My mother is still having problems with the moving and doesn't seem to be getting along with anyone at the new facility. Also her lawyer won't keep in touch with her about her moving.

The staff has been great at keeping us updated on my mother-in-laws care and progress, including photos and remembering birthdays. Regularly scheduled meetings have occurred to ensure her care is tracked and any unaddressed issues or concerns can be brought up. When my MIL developed cradle cap, a review of the situation occurred and changes implemented to reduce a likelihood of reoccurrence. The CNA care is mixed, with some good and some not, and response time can be an issue. The activities are amazing and frequent. The facility is beautiful, in good repair, and very clean. The apartments are a good size, including studios and one-bedrooms with a separate living area. The dining is excellent, with excellent food and friendly dining staff. The administration is very accessible and easy to work with. Cost..... very reasonable when compared to other local facilities. Great value for what is provided…
