PositiveI toured Brandermill Woods. It looked like it was well-maintained and cheery. They were adequate, and I could get a balcony there. They had a gym. The one person who took us on tour was helpful and seemed like she enjoyed working there.

PositiveThe tour at Brandermill Woods was good. The salesperson was knowledgeable, and she showed us all the areas of the building. It's a much larger facility, and it's very clean, well-kept, and maintained. The facility itself is going to be in better condition. The problem with Brandermill was their dining facility. PositiveWe had been to Brandermill Woods several times with independent cottages. Thats why we chose it, and its close to family. Theyre called patio homes, single-level duplexes, and two units joined by one common wall. The staff member was very easy to be with, very knowledgeable, and arranged for us to meet residents on our own. We dined there, and it was excellent.

There are lots of activities and they have only been there a week, so they haven't really participated that much. The activities include exercise groups, shopping, movies, and just all kinds of things. I have tried the food and it is very good. I liked the friendliness, the hospitality, the nurturing and caring, and the staff-to-patient ratio. Overall, it is a very hosp…
