CriticalThis facility should be called THE HAVEN FROM HELL & should be immediately shut down in my opinion. It is unquestionably and undoubtedly the rock bottom of senior living facilities in the Columbus/Phenix City area by far. It was purchased over a year ago by the William James Group and although the food part has improved it is still a very incompetently run facility to say the least. My mother in law has been there for 2 years or so&although she likes it, she has been waiting for her heating and air unit to be fixed…

Savannah Grand (run by [name removed]) is full of crooks, please do not send your loved one here! We signed a contract in Oct. since we were pressured into reserving "the last room" - and we've never seen a dime of our $8,500 since. Our loved one has NEVER EVEN BEEN to their facility, she was never released from the hospital! She has never put a foot inside the building, yet we are getting MONTHLY bills from Savannah Grand on top of the $8,500 we already paid! We have sent letters to the Ombudsman's office, the B…

Overall the cleanliness of the community could be improved, but all of the staff members for the most part are really friendly and have good communication. We have had some issues - our loved ones belongings have gone missing, and the portion sizes of the meals are a little to small.
