PositiveI have a family member at the facility who is well cared for and seems to enjoy the environment as much as possible. I will say that due to administrative/staffing changes, communication with family members could be better right now.

PositiveThe Haven at Fayetteville is a two-story facility, and it is assisted living, with a smaller part that is memory care. Both my daughter-in-law and I really liked that place. It had kind of a family feel to it. The people that we met were very nice, and the sales director really did a good job talking about the facility, getting the residents out of their rooms and mixing with the other people, the trips that they line up to get them out of the facility entirely, and the activities inside. PositiveOverall, I would give them a five. They were very careful to keep [name removed]protected and taken care of. Whenever we wanted to take her out, they were very helpful and took care of her when she got back.

PositiveThe other residents there have become her friends and family. The workers don't treat her like she is looked in a cage as she is free to roam about. They often have snacks, and show movies. Westerns even. But the highlight of the week is coloring with color pencils, and oh my God - Bingo. Nothing tops Bingo!

PositiveAt first had a hard time getting responses and help But overall everything has been good except for the Problems in the beginning. The food seems phenomenal and A good variety of food I And my brother likes It and that's what counts. Hopefully He can do more activities. He's just getting there. The place is very nice, clean and attentive. People nice. To Finally have people that care and or helping My brother out is really good and they're doing well. And he's getting better.
