CriticalThe room are very nasty housekeeping comes by maybe 3 times a week but does not clean properly the administrator made promises to the family several times and did not follow thru .food that I seen was awful not even my dogs would eat.please don't send a live one there.

CriticalMy mother went to Highlands for skill rehab. We were told they didn't have any Covid cases and were being very cautions and careful with their staff to ensure everyone's safety. The family was not allowed into the facility to ensure safety guidelines so we depended on the staff to care for our mother. After many times of speaking with our Mother and finding out what horrible care that she was receiving we complained to the Director of the facility. She was with out of doubt rudest person I've ever met I would not want her caring for anybody I love or care for.
