The thing I liked about The Huntingdon was that it was in the community where Mom was when we had to decide to move her, but they are a money machine. They get the seniors in and make people pay the $2,500 registration fee, and there's a lot of people that have moved out right after two weeks, So, they're collecting your first month's rent plus an additional $2,500.
