Most everything there is wonderful. However there are some things that I have given to my mother to have in her room. Many things have been confiscated and I can’t get them back. I understand things that residents can not have access to now. I wish a check list of things can be given to the family before our loved ones are moved in. This is all new to us and I wish I had been told ahead of time.

There is new management as ownership has changed hands. There should be improvements in the dining experience as they are remodeling the kitchen. Hopefully they will continue with the quality of care and friendliness. I hope the new administrative staff will be good for the employees as well as residents.

PositiveWould recommend The Watermark
We had a difficult situation with residents health deteriorating so quickly before she was able to get proper medical help. Watermark was very understanding and helped all they could. The aides, techs, nurses are all very kind. Resident has had her treatments and is currently in rehab hoping to return to Watermark soon, needing much less assistance.
