Do your homework be sure you know your family members needs wants desires wishes etc. Don't just drop them off and leave them there Visit Take them out for the day spend time with them. You will get to that stage.

I pay $[removed] monthly with scheduled 8% annual increase. Assist executives try but the executive manager caters to corporate ignorances. In my opinion. (We have had 4 execs during the last year. Ivy has potential if corporate and local mgmt learn how to perform in Hawaii. (I have over 60 years in Hawaii. 12 of those years caring for my Alzheimer's wife. I am aware of senior care in Hawaii).
