The Landings of Mills River

This place is not the place I'd put someone for assisted living. The management is Awful, director of the facility is lazy and doesn't help. Residents lay in fecal waste day n night, fecal waste on walls etc. This place has a spider infestation. The entire facility is nasty and under kept. Not a place I'd put anyone.

NOT the place to bring your loved one to enjoy their final years. They are under staffed and management is clueless. Clothing and bedding go missing, residents are left to sit and watch tv all day.

Absolutely horrible Memory Care Unit! Staff is inattentive and lazy. Medtechs are decent but other staff stays on phone and leaves residents to take care of themselves. Would not place a senior there. We moved our Mom due to lack of care. Manager is a nice lady who is long on promises but short on doing anything about it. Attractive building and enticing fee structure but you get what you pay for. If you want your Senior to be left to care for themselves and to sit and do nothing all day this is your place. Clothes…

My Mother had an Acute yeast infection due to lack of bathing, overmedicated two weeks and more! DO NOT place anyone you care about at this facility. Understaffed and their food is horrible.

RUN! Not a place for anyone you care about!!

My mother ended up with an acute yeast infection, overmedicated for two weeks, failure to thrive and more in the short three months she was a resident. Barely any staff and horrible food. Management hardly ever on site!!! We moved my mother to Terra Bella in Hendersonville. They are well staffed, professional and offer a variety of meals.
