CriticalMy grandmother went here for 5 days on respite care. Awful experience and one staff member in admin was very rude and passive aggressive towards me. Meds were not given in full as I packed 5 days worth and every bottle came back with meds in them and my grandmother and her belongings stunk so bad. Her clothes were balled up in bags full of urine and poo yet she hasn’t had an accident in my care in weeks. My grandmother stated she never wanted to go back. Said she was scared there. I do not recommend and for staff t…

PositiveThe room was large with a private bathroom and a comfortable chair and TV. It was very clean. The staff was amazing. I had 6-7 people taking care of me from the nurse, Steve to the PT workers and a nice gym to OT and a special wound nurse and asocial worker and a psychologist to keep my mind busy. Everyone was very kind.

PositiveI was surprised to know this property is oner 30 years old! It is a well kept, bright, airy, immaculate place where I just spent 2 weeks following a big spinal surgery. The staff is outstanding, physical therapists know how to make you work out efficiently always allowing small breaks. . Care staff is good. Very large staff, nurses and CNAs all help giving you a chance to recover from whatever you came here for. No one wants to be away from home long but if you need help to recover, this is a nice place.

PositiveMy father was in rehabilitation at this facility for 24 days. The rehab staff was outstanding and very accomodating to his needs, according to my father. I visited everyday and was pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the nurses and staff. My father said the food was appropriate for his changing medical condition. The food was tasty and the portions met his needs. I am thankful to now have my father home!

CriticalThe memory care unit nurses and cna’s paid no attention to my wife, they just let her die. My wife was mobile and coherent when she went in and passed away within 2 months! Would no recommend this place for my dog! They would wash clothes and she would never get them back, the administration there is terrible.

PositiveCan’t say enough good things. From the moment my mom got there until she left everybody was wonderful. They all took good care of her. The place is clean and no smells like other places you go. My mom enjoyed working with Nick in rehab and she is doing good at home. The only thing I would suggest changing is adding some private rooms.
