Overall, I would say The Legacy is above average, although there are some areas that could be improved. One of my biggest concerns was the $[removed]lifetime community fee. I was not made aware of this until two days before the transition to The Legacy. I feel that a fee like this should be clearly disclosed upfront during the tour and before any paperwork is signed, especially since there is no guarantee how long a resident will be there. Positive[name removed] was kind and informative The tour was very good. We walked around and saw a lot of the property and the community and it felt like a very comfortable place. I would say it was rated probably first out of the properties that I visited that day, which was three I highly recommend another visit there and if we do not settle in a place in Virginia, this is probably where I will place my mom.
