Dolores of The Little Flower Assisted Living was fabulous to meet, to show me around, and explain the community, very warm and welcoming. The dining area was very clean and very well arranged to fit a variety of needs, as far as chair placement. There's assigned seating so that they know if someone's missing from a meal, and they check on them. There were open spots for wheelchair users. My sister and I looked at 7 assisted living facilities in Charlotte last fall. As soon as we both walked into The Little Flower we knew our Mom would be happy. There is such a positive energy there! The staff is turnover is low, always a good sign. They are welcoming, friendly, and always busy. The place is spotless. She was very reluctant to go anywhere. Now she feels safe and secure. She is very well cared for and has made many friends, residents and staff.

I toured The Little Flower Assisted Living a year ago, but my mother-in-law wasn't ready to go. The rooms were nice and pretty spacious. They had a chapel that the residents could go to and a nice little beauty shop. The facility looked like a home. They had a beautiful wraparound porch with flowers and bird feeders. The Little Flower Assisted Living has a very friendly atmosphere. They have entertainment during the week here, playing games, and things like that. The staff is very caring. The food is like that from a restaurant. It's very good. My room is like a hotel room. It's comfortable, and I can look out the window and see the garden. I have no complaints.

I highly recommend this Assisted Living if you are looking for a place! I've toured many communities and this one has the "good feeling" I was looking for. Both the staff and residents seemed genuinely happy to be there.

Friendly and caring staff

The facility, administrator and staff exceeded my expectations. They were so kind and accommodating to my Dad. They were genuine and provided excellent care. The community was inviting and beautiful. It was spotless. I loved the fact they engaged residents with many fun activities. And, I can not the staff, who treated my Dad and I like family
