What I like the most about The Luxe is how it is quiet and the people here are friendly. I would recommend The Luxe to other families who may need a place their loved ones

Our family had an in person tour with The Luxe and we thought the tour experience was great and what we saw was very nice. We were very close to picking The Luxe for our loved one but the location was the overall determining factor.

I am moving into The Luxe at Rowlett. I was very much impressed with it. It was very home-like and very neat. My apartment was a new one and it had everything I wanted like a closet and storage space. The staff who assisted me was very helpful. They had a swimming pool. They had a calendar of activities showing the things that they did during the month. They had game nights and arts and crafts.

Experience at the Luxe at Rowlett, Stay Away from this place

I lived at the Luxe for 6 months, when I was found near Dead on the Kitchen Floor, by a neighbor came knocking on my door on Sunday morning, we was to have breakfast. She knocked and knocked which I could not answer, then she Called over and over with no answer. worried something was wrong. she waited until after 9am for management to come to work. to Report what was wrong. The Law and Paramedics was called, Management had to cut into the wall, to reach in and unlock my door. I was found on the kitchen floor, not r…

A great community

They really do not have a dining service at all but there are plenty of different activities to do which is nice. Being from the east coast I do feel that the value for the money is good. I do think the new project manager could work on her approach and delivery when speaking with people - I am not sure how she is with other residents but with me it is not the best. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend The Luxe community to other people like me who need a place for themselves.

I liked The Luxe at Rowlett, it was nice. The room that I saw was very good, but the closet was too small. Their storage was tiny, too. The person who gave me the tour was nice and polite. The dining area looked pretty good. They have a swimming pool and a gym. They also had different activities like cooking, and they taught their residents how to make different things.
