My husband was at The Mayflower for two weeks. He felt very comfortable there. He felt that he got as good care as he had when he was in a rehab facility a year previous. We ended up finding someone to do showers after he left from his experience at The Mayflower, so that was positive. He was in a private room. My uncle is a resident at The Mayflower. It's not the cleanest or the most up-to-date place, and the carpet is always dirty. Some of the nurses care a great deal, though. It's a lot better than the nursing home he was at for rehab. They call and keep you updated. It's an assisted living place and my uncle is in a private room with a shared bathroom. He was in a private room with a bathroom that he paid for but did not use so we moved him to this room now. As for activities, they have games and they&a…

My mother was a resident for two years. The standard of cleanliness was poor. The food was lacking in nutrition. The common area was too small for residents to all have seats. It was often understaffed, though the staff was pleasant.

This community was nice however it was located on a busy main street and it had too much of a city feel for my dad and I didn't think it would have been a good choice for him. The community was nice it was clean and looked well cared for. The staff was nice and helpful.

The staff is nice and friendly. The residents room's needs a good cleaning. I visit my friend at least 2-3 times a week and I see the same grime and dirt in her room each time. I am sure her chair has not been moved and cleaned beneath it in months. The only time the table and dresser in her room is cleaned is when I do it. I visited this facility

I am trying to move my husband in The Mayflower. It is in walking distance from my home, and I have known several people that have lived there. They kind of have a very active and lively group, which is what he needs. They have shared rooms with a shared bathroom, and they also have private rooms with a private bathroom.
