Some very friendly some quite disinterested. Some were great and others were extremely rude and disinterested in their job. The wait staff incredibly rude to many of the residents but nice to visitors. Definitely could have been better with the residents. Improvements would start with communication, being organized and training personnel to be kind to these elderly folks. The admin is very helpful but does not always seem to communicate with each other which can make for a lot of repetitive transitions. The staff working directly with my mom are wonderful and so respectful to her.
