The Neighborhood at Hopkinsville is an older community. I only interacted with one person. He was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very helpful, but another person I was supposed to deal with didn't return my calls. I was put off by the lack of an initial response. I had set up a tour online, but nobody returned my calls. I ended up having to call the facility and get somebody to call to reschedule. Even though they allowed me to schedule online, I never got a response. They had a very small outdoor space. T…

The facility was short handed a lot. Didn't really have time to clean rooms as they should. I think Mom liked it ok she never really complained. being short handed hurt them some but they had some good employees. It took a couple of months to get her deposit back. I had to contact home office several times. The administrator was not that cooperative. A lot of residents left when a new charter home came in town but I understand they had same problems. Mom passed before the charter home came in.

My family could not move forward due to financial reasons. I would recommend this place to anyone just because of his willingness to help find affordable places that accept Medicare. I felt the need to make this review to help others.
