The Neighborhood at Sheffield

I felt like they weren’t really able to provide any concrete information other than the price of the room. There were many charges that were “oh yeah, also you have to pay this monthly”. There were no print outs, just information she wrote down on a piece of paper. I did appreciate that she said they were waiving the community fee, but overall didn’t feel like it was a good fit bc the tour was lacking relative information.

The Neighborhood at Sheffield was clean and the staff was very accommodating. The staff and residents were friendly and the residents all had positive things to say about the facility. [name removed] was especially helpful in giving me information needed for the placement of our loved one. I am very impressed!

This is a beautiful place to live. We are not just neighbors. We are family! From the director to all the managers to the staff, they treat us with respect, dignity, compassion, and love. They help us start each day with a smile. I am so blessed to call this my home!

I visited this facility

I went to The Neighborhood at Sheffield for my mother. The variety of room layouts was a pro and the dining room was pretty. The manager was very, very personable and very helpful. The facility was very clean. The community has a very tasteful and calm atmosphere, and the sizes of the rooms were great.
