I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I had my mom here, but they didn't take care of her very well, so I had to pull her out of the facility. We chose it because of the area it was in. I also thought it had decent enough reviews with the options that I had, and they would take her while her Medicaid was pending. There were not a lot of facilities that would go ahead and take her with her Medicaid pending. The other option that I had received poor reviews, so that was my only option at that time. I am a friend or relative of a resident

I am a relative and Durable Power of Attorney of a former resident of this Nursing Care Center. His experiencce, as well as my own, in this facility was of mixed feelings. The facility itself is very clean, with no lingering odors and the residents were for the most part, well dressed and groomed every day. There were times, however, when the unexpected would be seen.
