The Orchards at Redford

Horrible place!

I wish there was a zero rating as an option because this place is the worst nursing home I have ever seen in my life. My mom has dementia and was in memory care for 2 years and it was the worst 2 years of her life! They never attempted to shower my mom when she refused to shower. I witnessed verbal abuse in this place on 2 separate occasions where I overheard staff yelling at the residents. Everytime you come in the memory care unit, the staff are sitting down on their phones and never interacting with the residen…

Could do a lot better job

Some nurses are really rude don't know why they're here. Half of the nurses helpers don't even want to do their job. The social worker doesn't want to do her job and help the patients with filling out paperwork and hoping patients with personal appointments. There is one person here and she's been very helpful her name is [name removed]. Thank you for reading my review

friendly and caring staff, a nice community, would recommend

This was the best decision, I made moving my father to the Redford location. The staff is great and we would recommend The Orchards at Redford Village to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Too expensive for my mother.

The lobby looked nice, but when taken to the Assisted Living area, the place seemed run down, dirty carpet in one of the rooms, and not very inviting.

Excellent rehabilitation services!

The assistance that my loved one received from Redford Villages was great. I was very pleased with the level of care that my loved one received. I really appreciated their help. The rehabilitation services that my loved one received were fantastic.
