PositiveA good fit for us, I would recommend
We decided on The Overlook because of the cleanliness, friendliness, and it is a smaller facility that is not as crowded as those larger places. The staff try their best to take care of the residents even though they are in the shape they are in. They talk and laugh with them and really work well with the families. They try to remind families that it is not the end of the world by placing their loved ones here. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

The Overlook staff has gone above and beyond to care for my mother. She enjoys the meals and I take comfort in knowing all of her medication and medical appointments are being managed 100%. I have been so grateful to have The Overlook staff in her life.
